"I arranged this service for Norwegian Government officials and my client and asked/paid for a meet and greet which never happened. The passengers had to locate the vehicle themselves in the parking area outside the terminal using the number plate and the driver was sitting in the driver seat. The driver wasn't very helpful loading the minibus and was did not know the destination for the drop-off. My client also advised that there was also a clear language barrier which made the whole process more complicated and stressful than it needed to be. Subsequent booking where same driver was assigned was cancelled and no refund available in spite of the reason for cancellation being related to poor service on this pick-up. Would not use service again."

It was so nice to have him pick me up in the evening too, to see a friendly face after a long day. He messaged to let me know he was waiting and would come through to the terminal when I was ready. I rang Taxicode who had arranged they booking and they said the booking had passed because I put in 2.15am for the 13th Oct. This was also an error by Taxicode; the correct time that I had specified was 2.15pm as evidenced by your confirmation email. Why did GOJO cancel my booking and then attempt 4 times to message and ring me that they had now sent a car??? The first cancellation at 12.12pm meant that I had to source alternative transport at such short notice. Texting me after I had arrived at the station to say that a car was on its way was not the service I asked for nor deserved. I will not use Taxicode again. Thanks, Gus"

"The car was not clean on arrival. It had crisps on the seat. The car broke down during the travel up to Edinburgh and we had to wait in the cold by the side of the road for more than 30 minutes. The driver did not tell us what was wrong, a friend of his eventually drove to us and put gas in the car. It is inacceptable to break down because you forgot to put gas in the car before driving people up to Edinburgh. Although the driver was very apolegetic the next day, we feel it is important this is signalled to the company. After the issue on the Tuesday I tried desperatly to get in contact with Gojo and did not get any answer, I tried calling, messaging, sending an email, sending a message through instagram. It is extremely unprofessional of them, what if something even more serious had happened, nobody would be available to help sort things out. "I have a formal complaint to make about my experience. I paid £100 for a Jaguar XF with the following as the description - Executive vehicles will get you to your destination with added class and comfort. Your driver will be dressed smart, your vehicle will have a leather interior and air-con guaranteed. I did not ride in the car so I cannot comment to much on the experience or what the car was like on the inside. What I do know have a problem with however was the car that was booked and the driver appearance. I made the booking on 13/09/2022, the reservation was given to GOJO, I got a car confirmation on 14/09 for an old Aldi A6 (not a Jaguar) and a £64 fare (I paid £100) So I respectably went back to the company on 14/09 and asked to see if there was maybe a chance of some money back or at least a better car. I did not hear anything! On 19/09 @ 17.50 I receive a new reservation from the same company this time the car was slightly better, a White Mercedez E class. I thought ok great they did read my email and have booked me something slightly better, please note however the fair was still only £66 (I paid £100). At this point I didn't really have time to go back to them because the ride was just the following evening. On 20/09 at 06.59 I received a text from the driver of the Merc, so I was happy I knew I could continue with my day, which by the way was the wedding day of my sister (this taxi was for them at the end of day to airport). However this was not the case... at 12.36 (thankfully I looked at my phone) i got a text from the driver of the original reservation saying he would be there at the scheduled time.... great now I have 2 drivers coming!! I went straight back to him and told i had already received a text from his colleague and to make sure 2 drivers did not turn up.... there was no response for 3 hours. I spent time worrying during this time when I should have been enjoying the day. Finally I got a text @ 16.59 from the first reservation driver (the one I complained about to say he was coming and was on his way (the reservation was for 17.45). There was nothing I could do but I was not happy, i just hoped that it was a decent looking car that turned up. Oh and by the way I then started to receive cancelation emails from gojo, sorry to hear you cancelled your reservation, I hadn't!!! Anyway the next hour was a busy time of saying goodbye etc... the car turned up, a old 2017 Aldi silver clear windows and a driver with Jeans and Hoodie on (I booked a driver that would be dressed smart!) To be fair to the driver I didn't say anything to him as I am sure it was not his problem, these people are never told anything. Thankfully my sister and her Husband were not bothered but i wanted a nice send off and I had an awful experience from start to finish! "

I eventually spike to the driver who was really nice who told me should would be late and I had to meet her in the pick up zone in the multi storey car park. I then received a text and could then track her progress. The driver was, as I mentioned, very nice and apologetic for not being there on time and got me to my destination very efficiently and was more than happy with her. I am returning to the airport on Thursday and I may well be making the same journey back to Edinburgh in October. If I do, it would be useful to have an office number I can phone if there is a problem."

"He went to the wrong premier inn. He was then rude when he did pick us up, trying to explain how it was all our fault? Despite the app showing me the route he should be taking to get to us at the correct location.. Not only was he late, he also drove quite erratically- our cases were being thrown from side to side in the back. Once we were dropped off, we paid cash. £2.50 over what we should’ve paid due to not having change. He was then expecting more money, and shook his head at us when given the money. Our receipt did not indicate that we should’ve given more, and did not detail the fact we did infact pay more than owed anyway. This was our first time travelling in Edinburgh for an early morning flight, and we will NOT be using this company again. "
