"I arranged this service for Norwegian Government officials and my client and asked/paid for a meet and greet which never happened. The passengers had to locate the vehicle themselves in the parking area outside the terminal using the number plate and the driver was sitting in the driver seat. The driver wasn't very helpful loading the minibus and was did not know the destination for the drop-off. My client also advised that there was also a clear language barrier which made the whole process more complicated and stressful than it needed to be. Subsequent booking where same driver was assigned was cancelled and no refund available in spite of the reason for cancellation being related to poor service on this pick-up. Would not use service again."

The driver did not tell us what was wrong, a friend of his eventually drove to us and put gas in the car. It is inacceptable to break down because you forgot to put gas in the car before driving people up to Edinburgh. Although the driver was very apolegetic the next day, we feel it is important this is signalled to the company. After the issue on the Tuesday I tried desperatly to get in contact with Gojo and did not get any answer, I tried calling, messaging, sending an email, sending a message through instagram. It is extremely unprofessional of them, what if something even more serious had happened, nobody would be available to help sort things out. Service is terribly bad and I would not recommend the company to anyone. "

"Overall, pretty good and will use you again. Only issue was to do with a need to increase passenger numbers slightly from 6 to 8 and an email not being responded to. I had booked and paid for an 8 seater minibus but the booking sent to Gojo was for a 6 seater vehicle based on the original estimate of 6 passengers which I had requested to increase to 8. Fortunately I picked that up from Gojo’s emails and a very helpful lady there helped me sort it all out otherwise it could have caused a lot of problems. "

"We did not receive meet & greet service at all. We had on-time service. Imran Khan was our driver on Oct. 13 and Kashif Hassan on Oct. 15 - both drivers were polite, communicative, and helpful. In total, we paid Taxicode £88 and GOJO charged £56.43 total (£26.43 on Oct. 13 and £30 on Oct. 15). Will I receive a refund of the £31.57? Finally, £17 of vouchers aren't helpful for me. Please, donate them to charity. "

"When we arrived at Edinburgh airport there was no car available. We waited for 45 minutes, my wife and I were in wheelchairs with 2 airport employees assisting us. After 45 minutees, at their suggestion we took another taxi to Stirling. I am most upset about the no show of our promised driver. I would expect you to refund half of the amount paid in advance, to cover the cost incurred by your no shw taxi. "Terrible working with Taxicode. They were non-responsive to emails and wouldn't answer the phone when called. Reserved and paid for a Mercedes E class and got an old dirty small Toyota Prius. Gojo did a great job in actually sending me a car so we could make our flight. Gojo followed up noting in the reservation that we deserved a refund. No response from Taxicode after multiple attempts. Would happily work with Gojo directly but will never ever work with Taxicode again. "

As of 1015 that evening, email showed no messages regarding return pick up. Sent email to GOJO support, but never heard back. Apparently, our return driver was waiting for us at a spot at our location that was not illuminated, unlike all other ride services that picked up at our destination After a phone call and waiting to be picked up after the time set, we finally had our scheduled return ride. In short, communication was lacking. Suggest that instead of using email, GOJO use text messaging which is more reliable and faster. Also when confirming, confirm ALL parts of trip at one time. Please don't worry about vouchers.we will not be using your service again."
